When your medical history feels complicated—or you simply aren't sure what to do next—a detailed review can help bring the pieces together.
You may have several diagnoses, years of laboratory results, multiple specialists, and a growing list of medications—but still feel unsure how everything fits together.
The Comprehensive Medical Review is designed to organize the bigger picture. I review your medical history, available records, prior testing, medications, symptoms, and current health concerns to help identify important patterns, monitoring considerations, and questions worth discussing with your healthcare providers.
This is not a rushed office visit. The majority of the clinical review happens after we meet, allowing me time to carefully work through the details of your individual history.

We meet one-on-one to clarify your medical history, diagnoses, symptoms, current treatments, and the questions or concerns that brought you in.
I review available medical records, laboratory results, imaging, medication history, and other relevant information you provide.
After our visit, I dedicate up to two hours to reviewing your history and current management in the context of current clinical standards and guidelines.
You receive a detailed, personalized report organizing your health history by condition, including relevant findings, current management considerations, recommended monitoring, and questions or next steps to discuss with your healthcare providers.
After your 60-minute intake, I review your medical records, history, and current management in detail. Your personalized written report is delivered directly to you through the secure client portal, with no additional appointment required.
The Comprehensive Medical Review is a limited-scope medical consultation and clinical record review designed to help you better understand and organize your medical history and current health management. This service does not establish a primary care relationship and does not replace care from your primary care provider or specialists. I do not prescribe medications, change treatment plans, or assume ongoing management of your medical conditions as part of this service.
The goal is to provide you with a clearer understanding of your health history, current standards of care, and informed questions or considerations to discuss with your healthcare providers.
The Comprehensive Medical Review includes your 60-minute intake appointment, detailed review of available medical records, independent clinical review of your history and current management, and your personalized written report. For especially extensive or complex medical histories requiring additional review time, I will contact you before completing work beyond the included scope. Additional review is never added without your agreement.
