EMC Wellness was created to help individuals better understand how their bodies are functioning through thoughtful testing, personalized nutrition guidance, and practical lifestyle strategies.
Rather than relying on generalized recommendations, my approach focuses on gathering meaningful data and translating it into clear, individualized insight that can support long-term health.
At EMC Wellness, the goal is not simply to manage symptoms but to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their physiology and make informed decisions about their health over time.

The mission of EMC Wellness is to help individuals understand their health more clearly through objective measurement, thoughtful analysis, and personalized guidance.
By combining laboratory testing, metabolic assessments, and nutrition expertise, I aim to provide clients with the information they need to make intentional choices that support long-term health, resilience, and longevity.

Many people want to take a proactive approach to their health but struggle to find clear guidance. Health advice can often feel overwhelming or contradictory, and important questions about metabolism, hormones, nutrition, and long-term health are not always explored in routine medical visits.
EMC Wellness exists to bridge this gap.
Through comprehensive testing and detailed review sessions, clients are able to see patterns that may influence their health today and in the future. Rather than relying on guesswork, this process helps bring clarity to important questions about metabolism, cardiovascular risk, hormonal balance, digestive health, and overall wellness.
The goal is to provide a structured, thoughtful framework that helps individuals better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about how to care for them.
Hi, I’m Eliza—a passionate health advocate, clinician, and knowledgeable guide on your wellness journey. With 20 years of experience in primary care medicine as a Physician Assistant, I combine expertise with a relatable approach to help you feel your best.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maine, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England, and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. In addition, I’ve completed advanced training in Wellness Counseling through Cornell University and I am a certified Phlebotomist. This unique blend of education and experience allows me to deliver personalized care that bridges traditional medicine and holistic wellness.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m likely swimming laps at the pool or enjoying Maine’s great outdoors. I love growing my own food and savoring whatever’s fresh from my garden—simple joys that inspire my commitment to vibrant, sustainable health.
Whether you’re looking to reset your habits, optimize your nutrition, or take the next step toward your health goals, I’m here to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier you!

I gladly accept Credit Card, HSA (Health Savings Account), cash, and personal check payments. While the decision not to accept direct insurance payments wasn’t easy, it allows me to focus entirely on providing you with the best nutrition and medical care—free from the constraints of corporate policies. To help with your insurance needs, I'm happy to provide you with a Superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement.
